Start your Delhi tour after breakfast. Begin with the famous mosque in Old Delhi, Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India, then enjoy a rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk, one of the oldest and largest markets in the area. Also visit the serene Gurudwara Bangla Sahib to experience the tranquility and spiritual essence of Sikh heritage in the heart of bustling Delhi. Later, drive past government buildings like Parliament, President’s House, India Gate. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Qutub Minar, and Humayun’s Mausoleum. In the evening, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
After a delicious breakfast, embark on a scenic drive via the Yamuna Expressway towards Agra, the illustrious city renowned for the magnificent Taj Mahal. The approximately three-hour journey offers pleasant views along the way. Upon arrival in Agra, check in at your hotel and freshen up before visiting Mehtab Bagh, a beautiful Mughal garden situated across the Yamuna River, offering picturesque views of the Taj Mahal, especially around sunset. After sightseeing, return to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay in Agra.
In the morning, your driver and guide will whisk you away from your hotel for a captivating sunrise tour of the Taj Mahal, where you will witness the iconic monument bathed in the golden hues of the morning. After capturing unforgettable moments, return for a satisfying breakfast at the hotel before delving into Agra’s rich heritage. Enjoy a scenic tonga ride to the formidable Agra Fort, commissioned by the visionary Mughal Emperor Akbar in 1573. Explore further with visits to the exquisite Itmad-Ud-Daula Mausoleum and the tranquil Mehtabh Bagh, rounding out a day steeped in historical wonders. Later in the evening, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast start your journey towards Jaipur city. Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri, an abandoned city that previously served as the capital of the Mughal Empire, while heading to Jaipur visit Abhaneri, the stunning and unique stepwells in India. Continue your way towards Jaipur after that reach Jaipur and check-in at the hotel for overnight stay. On this day after visiting Fatehpur Sikri, our driver will offer you beer to make your road trip more enjoyable.
Start your tour of the stunning Pink City of Jaipur after breakfast. Meet your driver and guide at the hotel. Start by visiting the Amber Fort where you will experience an elephant ride. Then visit the observatory (Jantar Mantar) and the City Palace of Jaipur. Make a photo stop at Jal Mahal (the water palace), Hawa Mahal (the wind palace), visit Galta Ji (the Monkey Temple) and the Birla Temple. Return to the hotel in the afternoon after touring the sights.
After breakfast, we will drive you back to Delhi and you can reach Amritsar by boarding a train from Delhi to Amritsar. On reaching Amritsar, our driver will warmly welcome you and take you to the hotel where you will spend the night.
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day guided city tour of Amritsar. You will visit the Golden Temple, the most important shrine for the Sikhs, also known as the Mecca of the Sikhs, it is a living symbol of the spiritual and historical traditions of the Sikhs. Then, visit Jallianwala Bagh, where, on April 13, 1919, British and Gurkha soldiers opened fire on an unarmed crowd, killing hundreds of civilians. In the afternoon, visit the Indo-Pakistani border at Wagah to witness the Flag Retreat Ceremony: Wagah, a military post on the Indo-Pakistani border 30 km from Amritsar, where the daily highlight is the “Lowering the Flag” ceremony at sunset. Soldiers from both countries march in perfect drill, performing the steps to lower their respective national flags. Then return to the hotel for overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Amritsar Airport to board your pre-booked flight to Delhi. Upon arrival at Delhi Airport, proceed to your connecting flight to your final destination, carrying wonderful memories of your journey through India.
